Job Overview :

The M365 Presales & Delivery Lead at Krish Services Group Inc., based in Bangalore, India, will lead the Modern Workplace practice with a strong focus on Presales, Solution Architecture, and Delivery Leadership.

This role requires a highly experienced professional with a proven track record of working directly with clients in the US market, leading pre-sales engagements, defining Microsoft-based solutions, and driving successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Actively participate in pre-sales and technical sales activities, including leading discovery workshops, delivering product demonstrations, and presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients.

- Define the overall solution architecture, recommending suitable Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and other Microsoft 365 services.

- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform engagements.

- Work closely with global delivery teams to ensure successful execution of projects and alignment with customer expectations.
