Job Description

One of the KPMG's clients is scouting for skilled professionals in Workday with expertise in the following modules :

Modules : Recruitment and Onboarding, Time and Absence, Performance, Learning, Security / Workforce Management, Talent.

Workday PRO/ certified resources is a merit.

We are currently looking for professionals who can either join immediately or are serving the notice period.

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Functional Consultant with deep expertise across multiple Workday modules including Recruitment & Onboarding, Time & Absence, Performance, Learning, Security/Workforce Management, and Talent.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday solutions to support HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment & Onboarding :

- Configure and maintain job requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview workflows, and onboarding tasks

- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to streamline hiring processes

- Ensure seamless integration with external job boards and background check vendors

Time & Absence :

- Design and implement time tracking and absence management plans

- Support compliance with local labor laws and global time policies

- Troubleshoot and resolve time entry and accrual issues

Performance & Talent :

- Set up performance review cycles, goal management, and feedback mechanisms

- Enable career pathing and succession planning using Talent Optimization tools

- Provide insights into workforce capabilities using talent analytics

Learning :

- Manage Workday Learning campaigns, course creation, and blended learning programs

- Integrate third-party content providers (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Udemy)

- Support compliance training and track completion metrics

Security / Workforce Management :

- Configure domain and business process security policies

- Manage role-based and user-based security groups

- Ensure data privacy and audit readiness across Workday tenants

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 710 years of hands-on Workday experience across multiple modules

- Proven track record of Workday implementations or optimizations

- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements

- Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Workday PRO or module-specific certifications (preferred)

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields

- Exposure to global HR operations and multi-country deployments

- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
