Role : ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer

Responsibilities :

- Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow ITSM and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and scripts.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow (UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Data Import).

- Participate in full SDLC-analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of ITSM/ServiceNow development or integration experience.

- Strong JavaScript and API integration skills (REST/SOAP).

Education Qualification :

- BTech/BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.

- Additional preference for candidates with certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or other relevant ServiceNow certifications.

- Any training or coursework in ITIL, cloud technologies, or integration technologies is an added advantage.
