Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to design and drive large-scale enterprise architecture frameworks and digital platforms for government and public sector service delivery ecosystems.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Microservices Architecture, API Gateway design, enterprise integration frameworks, and scalable digital governance solutions.

The role requires strong experience in designing decoupled architectures, enterprise platforms, and citizen-centric service delivery systems for large government environments.

Candidates should have strong technical architecture expertise, governance experience, and the ability to drive enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives aligned with modern architecture principles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable enterprise architecture solutions for large government and public sector digital platforms.

- Lead architecture strategy, solution design, and modernization initiatives for enterprise service delivery ecosystems.

- Drive Microservices-based architecture design and implementation across large-scale applications and government portals.

- Design and manage API Gateway frameworks, enterprise integrations, and interoperable digital ecosystems.

- Develop decoupled and modular architecture frameworks for scalable and resilient government service delivery platforms.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, system integrators, and governance bodies to define enterprise architecture roadmaps.

- Ensure alignment of architecture frameworks with scalability, security, interoperability, governance, and performance standards.

- Lead architecture reviews, solution governance, technical evaluation, and design assurance activities.

- Drive cloud-native architecture strategies, integration frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Support modernization of legacy applications into distributed and service-oriented architectures.

- Define enterprise standards, architecture principles, technology roadmaps, and best practices for implementation teams.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to architecture, development, and engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Digital Transformation programs.

- Strong expertise in Microservices Architecture and API Gateway implementation.

- Experience designing enterprise-scale and decoupled architectures for Government Service Delivery platforms.

- Strong understanding of enterprise integration frameworks, distributed systems, and scalable digital ecosystems.

- Experience working on State Government portals, citizen service platforms, or public digital infrastructure projects preferred.

- Strong expertise in architecture governance, technology modernization, and enterprise solution design.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Qualifications & Certifications :

- B.E / B.Tech / MCA mandatory.

- TOGAF or Zachman Certification mandatory.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-native architecture, DevOps ecosystems, and API management platforms.

- Exposure to Digital Governance, Smart City, e-Governance, or Public Sector Transformation projects preferred.

- Knowledge of enterprise security, scalability, interoperability, and compliance frameworks will be an added advantage.
