Role : Pega Senior/Lead Developer CLM/KYC

Experience : 4-10 Years.

Mandatory Skills:

- Minimum 4-10 years of hands-on experience in Pega Development.

- Strong experience in Pega CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) and/or Pega KYC (Know Your Customer).

- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: Customer Onboarding, CDD (Customer Due Diligence), EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence), and Risk Assessment.

- Experience in developing and configuring applications on Pega Infinity (8.x or above).

- Strong understanding of Pega application development, case management, workflows, integrations, and business process implementation.

- Experience in designing, developing, debugging, and deploying enterprise Pega applications.

- Good understanding of Pega best practices, reusable components, and application architecture.

- Experience in code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and production support.

- Prior experience leading small development teams or mentoring developers.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Pega CSSA/CLSA certification.

- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, PegaUnit.

- Exposure to Theme Cosmos, Cosmos React, UI Kit, or Constellation UI.

Note: Experience with Theme Cosmos, Cosmos React, UI Kit, and Constellation UI is preferred but not mandatory.
