Key Responsibilities :

Technical Consultation :

- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and technical challenges.

- Provide pre-sales technical consultation on Cisco's product portfolio, including routers, switches, security solutions, collaboration tools, and data center technologies.

Solution Design :

- Work closely with the sales team to design and propose Cisco technology solutions that align with client needs.

- Create detailed technical proposals and documentation for client presentations.

Demonstrations and Proof of Concepts :

- Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts to showcase the capabilities of Cisco technologies.

- Collaborate with clients to address technical queries and concerns.

Product Knowledge :

- Stay updated on the latest developments in Cisco technologies and industry trends.

- Maintain a deep understanding of Cisco's product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Customer Engagement :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and responsiveness.

- Provide pre-sales support in customer meetings, presentations, and workshops.

Technical Skill Set (Cisco Technologies) :

Routing and Switching :

- Familiarity with Cisco routers and switches, including configuration and troubleshooting.

Security Solutions :

- Understanding of Cisco security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems.

Collaboration Tools :

- Knowledge of Cisco collaboration tools such as Webex Meetings, Webex Teams, and Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).

Data Center Technologies :

- Basic understanding of Cisco's data centre technologies, including ACI and Nexus switches.

Wireless Networking :

- Familiarity with Cisco wireless solutions, including controllers and access points.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, preferably with a focus on Cisco technologies.
