Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Kondor+ Developer with strong expertise in Murex Kondor+/Kondor Trade Processing, treasury systems, and capital markets. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in the development, customization, configuration, and support of Kondor+ applications, along with a solid understanding of treasury products, trade lifecycle management, and financial messaging standards. The role requires close collaboration with treasury operations, business users, and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing treasury solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, configure, and support Kondor+ applications.

- Analyze business requirements and provide technical and functional solutions for treasury and capital market systems.

- Support front-to-back treasury operations across trade capture, processing, settlement, accounting, and reconciliation.

- Configure and enhance Straight Through Processing (STP) workflows across treasury applications.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Kondor+ and enterprise systems, including Core Banking, General Ledger (GL), SWIFT, and downstream applications.

- Configure and support interest rate curves, yield curves, pricing models, and market data within the treasury platform.

- Troubleshoot production issues, batch processing failures, interface errors, and performance bottlenecks.

- Support treasury transformation, system implementation, migration, and upgrade initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards throughout system development and support.

- Collaborate with treasury operations, business stakeholders, QA teams, and infrastructure teams during project delivery and production support.

Required Technical Skills :

- 5-10 years of experience in Kondor+ development, customization, configuration, and production support.

- Strong functional knowledge of treasury and capital markets products, including :

1. Foreign Exchange (FX)

2. Money Market

3. Fixed Income

4. Derivatives

- Good understanding of the complete trade lifecycle, including :

1. Trade Capture

2. Confirmation

3. Settlement

4. Accounting

5. Reconciliation

- Hands-on experience with Kondor+ configuration and customization.

- Experience integrating treasury systems with :

1. SWIFT

2. Core Banking Systems

3. General Ledger (GL)

4. Market Data Systems

5. Downstream Applications

- Experience with API-based, MQ-based, and batch integrations.

- Knowledge of production support, batch scheduling, and incident management.
