Role Summary :

The Scrum Master SFCC is responsible for facilitating Agile/Scrum practices for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development teams. The role focuses on enabling smooth sprint execution, removing impediments, ensuring Agile discipline, and fostering effective collaboration between technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders within an eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

- Coach SFCC development teams on Agile and Scrum best practices

- Partner with Product Owner to support backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint readiness

- Track sprint progress, velocity, and deliverables using Agile tools Identify, escalate, and remove blockers to ensure uninterrupted sprint execution

- Ensure adherence to Agile principles, sprint commitments, and delivery timelines

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SFCC developers, QA, UX, and business stakeholders

- Monitor and support quality, SLA adherence, and delivery commitments

- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and action tracking

- Safeguard the team from scope creep and external disruptions

Required Skill Sets :

- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks

- Experience supporting Scrum teams in eCommerce or SFCC environments

- Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies

- Working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud delivery lifecycle

- Proficiency in Jira or similar Agile project management tools

- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Analytical mindset with focus on metrics and continuous improvement

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

- 2- 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM) preferred

- Exposure to SFCC or eCommerce platforms is an advantage
