Job Title : Senior Zoho Creator Developer

About the Role :

Knowbal Migration and Education, a leading firm based in Australia, is now hiring a Senior Zoho Creator Developer to lead the design and development of internal business applications.

This is an in-house role, focused on building and scaling systems that power student onboarding, visa processing workflows, CRM operations, and internal process automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on Zoho Creator

- Build scalable solutions for internal operations, workflows, and automation

- Develop and optimize complex Deluge scripts (mandatory)

Own the end-to-end lifecycle :

i. Requirement gathering from internal stakeholders

ii. Solution design & architecture

iii. Development, testing, and deployment

- Integrate Zoho Creator with other Zoho apps (CRM) and third-party tools

- Continuously improve system performance, usability, and scalability

- Work closely with business teams (admissions, operations, compliance)

- Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Creator (mandatory)

- Deep expertise in Deluge scripting (mandatory)

- Proven experience building production-grade applications

- Strong understanding of workflows, automation, and process design

- Experience in API integrations (REST APIs, webhooks)

- Ability to independently handle end-to-end development lifecycle

- Experience interacting with business stakeholders

Preferred Background :

- Experience working with Zoho Partners or implementation firms

- Exposure to the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, Desk, Zoho One)

- Prior experience in education, immigration, or service-based workflows would be an edge

- Understanding of compliance-driven processes (nice to have)
