Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis Rapid Response (RR) Solution Consultant / Support Analyst with strong expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response application development, resource development, integration, application configuration, and techno-functional support.

The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently with clients, leading small teams, and providing effective 2nd and 3rd line support for Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide techno-functional support for issues and incidents logged by users in Kinaxis Rapid Response.

- Understand and analyze business requirements and deliver minor enhancements to existing solutions.

- Maintain and support Kinaxis RR solutions as part of 2nd and 3rd line support.

- Develop and maintain Kinaxis Rapid Response resources based on business requirements.

- Work with the Kinaxis integration layer and support integration-related requirements.

- Translate user requirements into functional and technical designs, application configurations, and testing scenarios.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project and support documentation including URS, process flows, functional specifications, technical designs, and test scenarios.

- Analyze and understand data models related to Demand and Supply Planning applications.

- Work independently with clients and effectively manage assigned deliverables.

- Lead and guide small teams on Kinaxis Rapid Response activities.

- Train team members and enhance their Kinaxis Rapid Response skillset.

- Follow internal procedures and ensure proper documentation of all aspects of the solution.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience working with Kinaxis Rapid Response (RR) as a Solution Consultant or Support Analyst.

- Hands-on experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response resource development.

- Hands-on experience and understanding of the Kinaxis integration layer.

- Good understanding of the data model for Demand and Supply Planning applications.

- Strong experience in application configuration and technical design.

- Experience providing 2nd and 3rd line support.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

- Experience with testing scenarios and solution documentation.

- Ability to work independently with clients.

- Experience leading small teams and mentoring team members.
