Role Overview:

As a Kinaxis Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing advanced supply chain planning solutions for our diverse client base. This role involves close collaboration with supply chain planners, business stakeholders, and project teams to translate complex business requirements into robust Kinaxis RapidResponse configurations. You will play a critical part in optimizing supply chain processes, enhancing data visibility, and enabling data-driven decision-making, directly impacting our clients' operational efficiency and strategic agility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions, including model building, data integration, and dashboard creation, to meet specific client supply chain planning needs.

- Collaborate with business users and functional consultants to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and Kinaxis configurations.

- Perform comprehensive data integration, transformation, and validation activities within the Kinaxis platform, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.

- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for Kinaxis applications, resolving complex issues to maintain seamless operational continuity for clients.

- Optimize existing Kinaxis models and processes, identifying opportunities for performance improvements and efficiency gains in supply chain planning workflows.

- Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user training materials, to facilitate knowledge transfer and system sustainability.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of Kinaxis solutions.

- Stay abreast of Kinaxis platform updates, new features, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance client solutions and internal capabilities.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated experience of 5-12 years in Kinaxis RapidResponse development, implementation, and support, including strong proficiency in model building, data integration (e.g., Data Exchange, Integration APIs), and dashboard creation.

- Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts and processes, such as demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization.

- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions within the Kinaxis platform.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach to data analysis and system configuration.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging effectively with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Groovy) or other programming skills relevant to Kinaxis customization and integration.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field.

- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, client-facing environment, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on-site in Hyderabad.
