We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Architect who can design, implement, and manage scalable data solutions using Microsoft Azure cloud services.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern data platforms, data modelling, data pipelines, and enterprise-grade architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end Azure data solutions for enterprise applications.

- Build scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, etc.

- Define data modelling, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data governance standards.

- Optimize data storage solutions across Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Data Lake Storage, and other platforms.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture.

- Ensure solution security, performance, and cost optimization.

- Guide development teams and provide architectural best practices.

- Create architecture diagrams, documents, and conduct technical reviews.

Required Skills :

- 20-25 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Architecture.

- Strong hands-on expertise in :

1. Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, ADLS Gen2

2. PySpark / Spark

3. Azure SQL / Cosmos DB

4. ETL/ELT workflows

- Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and big data architectures.

- Experience designing real-time and batch data pipelines.

- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD for data workloads.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Azure certifications such as AZ-305, DP-203, DP-420, DP-500.

- Experience in the BFSI domain or enterprise-scale platforms.

- Experience leading data engineering teams.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related field.
