Job Description :

Things related to GMP/SFDA requirements will be supported by all HOD's.

The candidates need to mainly take care of below :

1. Establish and maintain cybersecurity frameworks.

2. Ensure compliance with Saudi data protection laws and global pharma standards.

3. Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cloud environments.

4. Oversee implementation and validation of systems such as ERP, LIMS, MES.

5. Maintain an IT Master Register of all computerized systems and equipment across the organization.

6. Establish IT policy for the organization .

7. Develop and implement a comprehensive backup strategy covering all critical systems (ERP, LIMS, MES, QMS, databases, and infrastructure).

8. Ensure regular, automated backups with defined retention policies in line with regulatory requirements (SFDA, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11).

9. Establish and test data restoration procedures to guarantee rapid recovery in case of system failures, cyber incidents, or data corruption.

10. Conduct periodic disaster recovery drills to validate readiness.

11. Take control of all PLC's linked to all machinery / instruments at factory site and ensure that Keuro team has complete control of its passwords, recovery systems etc.
