Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain logical and physical data models for application, Analytical systems and data science use cases.
- Ensure data models are scalable, flexible, and aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, ETL Developers, and BI Analysts to ensure alignment of models with data pipelines and reporting needs.
- Optimize data models for performance, scalability, reliability, and ease of integration.
- Document data models, data flows, and metadata for ongoing reference and governance.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and best practices for data modelling.
- Support data quality, data governance, and compliance initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust data models.
- Ensure data modelling best practices and standards are followed.
What We Are Looking For :
Required Qualifications :
- 12 - 15 years of business experience, with at least 8 years of experience in Data Science & Digital Solutions
- Knowledge of AI development and architecture
- Strong knowledge of relational, NoSQL, and graph databases.
- Experience with data modelling tools (e.g., Erwin ).
- Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
- Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices.
- Self-motivated and a proactive problem solver who can work independently and in teams
