Role Overview :

Business Analyst with a strong combination of business understanding, technical capabilities, and customer-facing skills. The candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and POC to implementation and Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand customer processes, challenges, and business requirements.

- Gather, analyse, and document functional and business requirements.

- Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows, and functional specifications.

- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical requirements.

- Drive POCs, product demonstrations, UAT, and project implementation.

- Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Development, and Project teams.

- Work directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify process gaps and recommend suitable technology-driven solutions.

- Support solutions involving RFID, IoT, AI/Vision, Automation, WMS/YMS/TMS, and ERP/SAP integrations.

- Support testing, issue resolution, and successful project delivery.

- Ensure effective communication between customers and internal technical teams.

Candidate Profile :

- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis / Functional Consulting.

- Strong business orientation with good technical understanding.

- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.

- Excellent customer interaction, communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and capable of taking ownership.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in industrial/project environments.
