You're equally comfortable spinning up cloud environments and sitting down with a customer to understand their architecture. Your Responsibilities :

- Deploy and integrate our core product instant3Dhub on customer infrastructure, covering everything from initial setup to production-ready rollout

- Provision and manage cloud environments on public cloud providers, primarily AWS and Azure

- Set up and maintain on-premise installations on virtual machines or customer-operated Kubernetes clusters

- Advise and support customers in architecting their solutions, troubleshooting issues, and adopting best practices

- Drive continuous improvement by researching new tooling, defining standard deployment procedures, and keeping our infrastructure knowledge base up to date

- Collaborate closely with the development team, feeding back real-world insights to shape the product roadmap and improve customer experience

What You Bring :

- Proven Field Experience : Around 5 years of hands-on experience delivering customer-facing projects involving cloud infrastructure, containerized deployments, and enterprise integrations at the scope and complexity described above.

- Cloud Platform Expertise : Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, including networking, compute, and managed services across real-world deployments.

- Container & Kubernetes Proficiency : Deep hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in both self-hosted and managed configurations, including EKS and AKS, along with related tooling such as Helm.

- CI/CD & DevOps Fluency : Practical experience with modern pipelines and workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or equivalent.

- Infrastructure as Code : Natural use of Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation to provision and manage infrastructure reliably and repeatably.

- Scripting & Automation Skills : Ability to write purposeful code in Python, Bash, or similar to automate tasks, debug integrations, and connect systems efficiently.

- Backend Development Experience : Hands-on experience with backend development is a strong plus. Familiarity with Go and Node.js/TypeScript, whether for building integrations, internal tooling, or extending platform capabilities, will enable you to engage more deeply with our product and customer environments.
