We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power BI Developer with 46 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence and data visualization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-impact dashboards and reports, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to convert complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

- Build efficient data models using Power Query and DAX to support analytical requirements.

- Optimize report performance through effective data modeling and DAX optimization.

- Write and tune SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured data sources.

- Publish and manage reports using Power BI Service, including workspaces, gateways, and security.

- Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage access control.

- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver insights aligned with business goals.

- Ensure adherence to data visualization best practices and reporting standards.

- Troubleshoot data and performance issues and provide ongoing support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Power BI development.

- Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

- Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, and performance tuning.

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).

- Hands-on experience with Power BI Service, gateways, and report publishing.

- Experience integrating data from diverse data sources (databases, files, APIs, etc.).

- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Azure data services (Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory).

- Exposure to version control and CI/CD for BI solutions.

- Knowledge of performance optimization and capacity planning in Power BI.
