Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Stibo STEP Developer with strong hands-on expertise in STIBO STEP MDM/PIM solutions and integration with SAP MDG-M via SAP middleware. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade master data solutions while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable solutions using the STIBO STEP platform.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Implement and configure workflows, data models, and integrations in the STIBO STEP environment.

- Integrate STIBO STEP with SAP MDG-M using SAP PI or SAP BTP.

- Work with data integration approaches including ETL, REST APIs, and web services.

- Handle multiple data formats such as XML, XSD, JSON, and CSV.

- Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Provide application support and support services for live production environments.

- Refine solution approaches and provide technical guidance to team members.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and release/support processes.

Mandatory Skills:

- 6+ years of experience working with STIBO STEP solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM / PIM platform.

- Proven experience integrating STIBO STEP with SAP MDG-M.

- Hands-on experience working with SAP PI or SAP BTP middleware.

- Strong knowledge of data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).

- Good understanding of MDM concepts and application support models.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with SAP MDG-M.

- STIBO STEP certification.

- Experience working in enterprise support and production environments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent.
