Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Full Stack Development and Application Maintenance projects.

The role involves end-to-end project delivery, Agile execution, stakeholder management, and leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project planning, execution, delivery, and support.

- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and support teams.

- Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource utilization.

- Drive CRM implementations, enhancements, integrations, and AMS engagements.

- Ensure SLA compliance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

Required Skills:

- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

- Experience managing Full Stack and Maintenance/Support projects.

- Familiarity with Azure/AWS, APIs, and DevOps practices.

- Strong stakeholder, risk, and budget management skills.

- Hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Project.

AI Tool Experience (Good To Have):

- Experience using AI tools such as:

1. Microsoft Copilot

2. GitHub Copilot

3. ChatGPT Enterprise

4. Jira AI / Atlassian Intelligence

Preferred Certifications:

- PMP / PRINCE2

- CSM / PSM / SAFe

- Salesforce or Cloud Certifications
