What is this role all about ?

We are looking for a Delivery Product Manager to drive successful implementation and rollout of our Voice AI platform across customer projects.

This role sits at the intersection of product configuration, conversational design, and real-world delivery, ensuring that the voicebot works reliably in production and meets customer expectations.

You will deeply understand the Voice AI platform, configure and fine-tune voicebots for different use cases, and act as the single thread connecting project teams, engineering, and ML.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real problems, not just defining requirements.

Voicebot Configuration & Prompting :

- Configure voicebots using the platforms tools, workflows, and integrations.

- Own prompt design, guardrails, fallback logic, and conversation behavior.

- Continuously tune prompts based on real call behavior and outcomes.

Issue Diagnosis & Problem Solving :

- Read logs, traces, and call transcripts to quickly identify failure points.

- Distinguish between prompt issues, platform limitations, STT/TTS errors, and integration gaps.

- Propose and implement fixes or workarounds to unblock go-lives.

Delivery & Execution Ownership :

- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and predictable deliveries.

- Translate business requirements into practical platform configurations.

- Ensure solutions are stable, testable, and production-ready.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Build strong working relationships with engineering, ML, QA, and product teams.

- Clearly articulate issues, root causes, and required fixes to tech teams.

- Act as a trusted problem-solver for both internal teams and customers.

Pragmatic Innovation :

- Identify intelligent workarounds when technology limitations arise.

- Balance ideal product behavior with what works in production today.

- Feed recurring gaps and learnings back into the core product roadmap.

This is a Bengaluru based role.

We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

What would make you a good fit for this role ?

Here Are The Basic Requirements :

- 4- 8+ years of experience in product, delivery, or solution ownership roles in AI, voice, or platform products.

- Strong hands-on experience with prompt writing, guardrails, and conversational flows.

- Comfortable reading logs, debugging issues, and reasoning about system behaviour.

- Solid understanding of voicebot / conversational AI concepts (STT, TTS, latency, turn-taking, fallbacks).

- Ability to work closely with both project teams and engineering teams.

- High ownership, strong execution mindset, and comfort operating in imperfect systems.

- Exposure to AI/ML-driven use cases, automation tools, or CRM platforms.

- Experience in client implementation or delivery roles within enterprise SaaS.
