Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, project management capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and delivery excellence.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, DevOps, Business Teams, and Leadership to ensure successful delivery of scalable, high-quality technology solutions while meeting business objectives and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution :

- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through deployment and post-production support.

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

- Create and manage project plans, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

- Manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.

Technical Leadership :

- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand solution architecture and technical dependencies.

- Participate in technical discussions and support architectural decision-making.

- Monitor software development lifecycle activities and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Drive Agile and Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.

Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Operations teams.

- Present project updates and performance metrics to leadership.

Risk & Issue Management :

- Identify project risks and dependencies proactively.

- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

- Manage issue resolution and escalation processes.

- Ensure smooth execution through effective governance mechanisms.

Delivery Excellence :

- Drive process improvements and delivery optimization initiatives.

- Establish project governance and reporting standards.

- Monitor KPIs related to project health, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure continuous improvement across delivery processes.

Required Skills :

- 10-12 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or Software Delivery.

- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Experience managing Agile/Scrum-based projects.

- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with Microservices, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern application architectures.

- Strong project planning and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with distributed engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

- PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.

- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, HealthTech, or Enterprise Product organizations.

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and project tracking tools.
