What is this role all about ?


As a Senior Project Manager - AI Delivery, you will own large-scale, complex AI implementation programs for enterprise customers.

You will be the driving force behind flawless execution of LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI solutions turning ambitious CX transformations into measurable business impact.

What will you do in this role ?


- Take complete ownership of end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact AI and SaaS implementation programs from kickoff to go-live and beyond.

- Lead enterprise deployments of LLM-based chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI solutions.

- Act as the primary customer-facing leader, driving strategic discussions, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Translate business requirements into structured delivery roadmaps in collaboration with product, engineering, QA, and AI teams.

- Mentor and guide project managers and delivery teams to ensure execution excellence.

- Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.

- Track execution across tools like Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar platforms.

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalating critical issues when required.

- Drive Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews (WBRs/MBRs) with senior stakeholders and CXOs.

- Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery while driving adoption and long-term success of AI implementations.

What would make you a good fit ?


- 8+ years of experience in technical project management.

- Minimum 3+ years in a senior or team-handling role.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale, customer-facing SaaS or AI implementations.

- Strong exposure to AI/LLM-based solutions such as chatbots, voicebots, or automation platforms.

- Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or AI-first organizations.

- Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and leading business reviews.

Most Critical Skills For This Role :

- Strong stakeholder communication and executive presence.

- Expertise in scope management, planning, tracking, and delivery governance.

- Hands-on understanding of LLM tools and AI platforms used in live projects.

- Risk identification and structured problem-solving under pressure.

- Ability to scale and mentor high-performing project teams.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple enterprise programs simultaneously.

You Will Have An Advantage If You :

- Have delivered AI-led CX, CRM, or automation-focused enterprise platforms.

- Are comfortable running strategic reviews with CXOs and leadership teams.

- Bring exposure to pre-sales, solution design, or product collaboration in AI environments.

Location & Work Model :

This is a Bangalore-based role.

We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person collaboration fuels innovation and agility.
