About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data, insights, and decision-making by developing robust reporting solutions, performing in-depth analysis of supply chain processes, and driving operational efficiencies. You will work closely with supply chain, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor key supply chain KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, on-time delivery, supplier performance, demand forecasting accuracy, logistics costs).

- Build and maintain complex Excel models (including PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, VBA macros) for ad-hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and automation of recurring reports.

- Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation from multiple sources (ERP systems, WMS, TMS, databases) to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Conduct root-cause analysis on supply chain inefficiencies (e.g., stock-outs, excess inventory, transportation delays) and propose data-driven solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define metrics, and deliver insights that support strategic decisions in procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

- Support forecasting and planning processes by creating predictive models and what-if scenarios.

- Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

- Train end-users on Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting tools.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and new features in Power BI and Excel.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on supply chain/operations.

- Advanced proficiency in Power BI :

- Expertise in DAX, Power Query (M language), data modeling, and creating visually compelling, interactive reports.

- Experience publishing reports to Power BI Service and managing workspaces.

- Expert-level Excel skills :

- Advanced functions (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, dynamic arrays), Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA for automation.
