Job Location : Hyderabad, Indore and Ahmedabad (India)

Role :


Automate complex user journeys and Voice of Customer (VoC) use cases to validate product quality from the end-users perspective. The role focuses on building reliable automation that ensures critical customer flows are continuously tested and product quality remains high.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop robust automated test scripts aligned with the existing testing framework for functional, regression, and UAT scenarios.

- Contribute to enhancements and extensions of the current automation framework to improve efficiency and scalability.

- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and faster feedback cycles.

- Analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) data to identify high-risk customer pain points and design targeted automated test scenarios.

- Troubleshoot complex issues in test environments and optimize script execution performance.

- Build stable, non-flaky automation scripts that are easy to read, maintain, and scale for long-term use.
