Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Senior Consultant to lead solution design, implementation, enhancement, and support activities across transportation and logistics operations. The candidate should possess deep expertise in Oracle Transportation Management Cloud, transportation planning, freight execution, carrier management, integrations, and logistics business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.

- Manage transportation planning, shipment execution, freight settlement, and carrier collaboration processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, logistics teams, carriers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Support end-to-end testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation.

- Perform impact assessments for quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and system enhancements.

- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, user guides, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on transportation optimization and freight cost reduction.

Technical Skills :

- Oracle Transportation Management (OTM Cloud/On-Prem)

- SQL

Preferred Experience :

- Oracle SCM Cloud ecosystem exposure.

- Transportation optimization and network planning projects.

- Multi-country logistics operations.

- Integration with ERP, WMS, and carrier platforms.

- Experience working in managed services/support engagements.
