- Kafka cluster setup, scaling, and administration

- Topic, partition, replication, and retention management

- Consumer lag optimization and troubleshooting

- High availability and fault-tolerant architecture

- Monitoring using Grafana/Prometheus

- SSL/SASL/ACL security implementation

- Kafka integration with Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB

- Experience in real-time/event-driven systems preferred

The candidate should be capable of ensuring Kafka is optimized, stable, scalable, and production-ready for enterprise-grade workloads.
