About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Program Director to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for enterprise customers in the Aerospace & Defence sector.

This leadership role requires driving strategic transformation initiatives, managing complex delivery programs, and ensuring successful execution of end-to-end SAP implementations.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in enterprise SAP transformations, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on exposure to the SAP Activate methodology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation programs across multiple business functions.

- Define the overall program strategy, governance model, implementation roadmap, delivery milestones, and success metrics.

- Lead Program Managers, Project Managers, Enterprise Architects, Functional Consultants, and cross-functional delivery teams.

- Establish governance through steering committees, executive reporting, quality reviews, risk management, and compliance monitoring.

- Drive SAP S/4HANA implementations using the SAP Activate methodology from Discovery through Hypercare.

- Manage program budgets, resource planning, vendor governance, commercial agreements, and delivery performance.

- Engage with CXOs and executive stakeholders to ensure business alignment and successful transformation outcomes.

- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and critical issues while implementing mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with architecture and solution teams to ensure scalable, high-quality SAP solutions.

- Drive organizational change management, user adoption, and successful transition to operations.

- Mentor senior delivery leaders and promote SAP implementation best practices across programs.

Required Skills :

- 15+ years of SAP consulting and implementation experience.

- 8+ years managing enterprise SAP transformation programs.

- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- SAP Activate Certification or hands-on SAP Activate implementation experience.

- Expertise in program governance, enterprise delivery, and stakeholder management.

- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar SAP programs.

Preferred Skills :

- Aerospace & Defence industry experience.
