About the Role :

We are hiring an experienced SAP MRO Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul solutions for enterprise customers in the Aerospace & Defence sector.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in aircraft maintenance, asset lifecycle management, and SAP MRO solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design enterprise SAP S/4HANA MRO solutions supporting aircraft and defence maintenance operations.

- Lead solution architecture for Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul, Asset Lifecycle Management, and Fleet Maintenance.

- Conduct business workshops and translate operational requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

- Architect integrations between SAP MRO, PM, MM, PP, EAM, Supply Chain, and Finance.

- Develop solution blueprints, architecture documentation, functional specifications, and interface designs.

- Lead implementation, testing, deployment, cutover, and Hypercare activities.

- Ensure compliance with Aerospace & Defence maintenance standards and operational regulations.

- Optimize maintenance planning, spare parts management, work order processing, and asset utilization.

- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide architectural leadership and technical mentorship across SAP MRO implementation programs.

Required Skills :

- 12+ years of SAP consulting experience.

- Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation expertise.

- Extensive SAP MRO solution architecture experience.

- End-to-end SAP implementation experience.

- Mandatory experience in the Aerospace & Defence industry.

Preferred Skills :

- SAP PM, EAM, and Supply Chain integration expertise.

- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
