About the Role :

We are looking for a SAP HCM Architect Lead to lead enterprise HR transformation initiatives through scalable SAP S/4HANA HCM solutions and modern HR technology architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead enterprise-wide SAP HCM solution architecture and HR transformation initiatives.

- Design scalable SAP HCM solutions covering Core HR, Payroll, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Talent processes.

- Define integration architecture between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Finance, Identity Management, and third-party systems.

- Conduct business workshops and translate HR requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

- Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and implementation best practices.

- Lead implementation, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Drive HR digital transformation through automation and SAP innovation.

- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.

- Support data migration, organizational change management, and user adoption.

- Mentor SAP HCM consultants and solution architects.

Required Skills :

- 12+ years of SAP HCM consulting experience.

- Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation expertise.

- SuccessFactors integration experience.

- Enterprise Solution Architecture.

- End-to-end SAP implementation experience.

Preferred Skills :

- Aerospace & Defence industry experience.
