We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who loves solving complex product problems and crafting simple, delightful experiences. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into user-centered designs that deliver real impact. You think like a product owner, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, and you care deeply about the details that make great products feel effortless.

Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end product experiences, from problem framing and user flows to polished visual design and interactions.

- Break down complex product requirements into clear, actionable design goals and iterate rapidly toward solutions.

- Use structured problem-solving to bring clarity to ambiguity and create simple, intuitive outcomes.

- Generate multiple ideas and prototypes early on, exploring diverse solutions before narrowing down.

- Partner with product and engineering teams to ship designs efficiently, ensuring quality through thoughtful handoff and

collaboration.

- Actively participate in user research and customer interviews, turning insights into design opportunities.

- Use personas and user narratives to guide design decisions and align product features with real customer needs.

- Leverage the design system effectively, maintaining consistency while contributing to its evolution.

- Seek continuous feedback from peers and cross-functional partners to raise the bar for design quality.

- Measure design success through data and qualitative feedback, iterating toward better outcomes.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of hands-on product design experience in a fast-paced, consumer-focused tech environment.

- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, from discovery and ideation to final UI execution.

- Excellent UI craft and interaction design skills, with a keen eye for detail, usability, and polish.

- Comfortable working in ambiguous and dynamic environments, able to move fast without losing clarity.

- Ability to think strategically and make trade-offs that balance user value, technical feasibility, and business goals.

- Use of AI tools to quickly iterate and prototype is a plus.

- Strong communication skills, articulate design decisions clearly, and back them with reasoning and data.
