About the Role :

As a Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and improve testing efforts throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create clear, detailed, and well-structured test cases for Web, Android, and iOS platforms

- Estimate, plan, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities within sprint cycles

- Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure high-quality releases

- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to identify, track, and resolve issues

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- Communicate effectively using both synchronous and asynchronous channels

- Maintain a strong quality mindset with a passion for identifying defects and improving product quality

Requirements :

- 0- 1 years of hands-on experience in Functional Testing

- Experience in deriving test cases from user stories and requirements

- Experience executing QA strategies for large-scale web and mobile applications

- Good understanding of the Agile/Scrum development process

- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile for team success

- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in distributed teams

- Good written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to automation or API testing

- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools
