Must have : Cloud knowledge specifically in Onprem, Azure, and AWS, Basic computer knowledge .

Job Description :

We are looking to fill the position of Junior/Fresher Project Manager at our company.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Assist in managing and coordinating project activities or service delivery operations to ensure timely and quality outcomes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and resolve operational issues efficiently.

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients to provide updates, gather requirements, and maintain high satisfaction levels.

- Monitor project/service performance and contribute to process improvements for better efficiency and delivery standards.

- Support documentation, reporting, and tracking of project or service metrics.

- Utilize basic computer applications and tools for daily operations and communication.

- Demonstrate willingness to learn and apply knowledge in cloud environments such as On-Premises infrastructure, Azure, and AWS.

- Adhere to organizational policies and maintain flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment.

- Participate in training programs and consistently perform to meet communication and performance benchmarks.

- Work from the office during the initial training period and transition to a hybrid work model based on performance and business requirements.
