Job Description :

- 1.5 - 2.5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain

- Experience working on banking product or application initiatives in a service or product-based environment

- Hands-on exposure to requirement gathering, analysis, and functional documentation

- Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, development, and QA teams

- Exposure to SDLC or Agile-based delivery models

This role is intended for early-career Business Analysts only. Freshers and senior Business Analysts with 3+ years of experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Analysis & Requirement Support :

- Support requirement gathering and analysis from business and product stakeholders

- Assist in preparation of BRD, FRD, Functional Specifications, and User Stories

- Document business processes, workflows, and functional use cases

- Perform gap analysis and impact analysis under guidance

BFSI Product Exposure :

- Work on banking product modules such as Retail Banking, Lending, Payments, Cards, or Core Banking workflows

- Understand BFSI operational processes and regulatory considerations

- Support functional enhancements aligned to banking product roadmaps

Stakeholder & Delivery Coordination :

- Coordinate with client stakeholders, internal product teams, development, and QA

- Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint discussions, and review sessions

- Provide clarifications during development and testing phases

Testing & UAT Support :

- Support UAT activities, test case reviews, and defect clarifications

- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle

- Assist in preparation of functional documentation and status reports

Must -Have- Skills :

- Business Analyst , BFSI Domain, Requirement Gathering ,BRD ,FRD ,Functional Specs,User Stories, JIRA ,Confluence, Agile /SDLC ,Documentation

Academic :

- Post Graduate /Graduate in Engineering /Technology/MBA / PGDM in Finance, Operations, Business Analytics, or Systems

Certifications is Advantageous :

- Business Analysis (CBAP / ECBA - exposure level is sufficient)

- Agile / Scrum fundamentals
