We are building next-generation hybrid AI systems that blend modern machine learning with intelligent reasoning frameworks. This role is ideal for high-potential IIT graduates who want hands-on exposure to real-world AI systems and long-term growth under strong technical mentorship.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in building and training machine learning and deep learning models

- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation

- Support development of decision logic, rule-based workflows, and AI pipelines

- Collaborate on model deployment, APIs, and inference services

- Experiment with LLMs, retrieval-based systems, and agent-driven AI workflows

- Maintain documentation for models, experiments, and system behavior

- Follow MLOps practices for versioning, monitoring, and reproducibility

- Work closely with senior engineers, research, and product teams

Skills Required :

- Strong programming foundation in Python

- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and statistics

- Exposure to PyTorch or TensorFlow through projects or internships

- Familiarity with REST APIs, datasets, and evaluation metrics

- Basic awareness of cloud platforms or containerization is a plus

- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn advanced AI systems

Qualifications :

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields

- Graduates from Tier-1 IITs strongly preferred

- Academic projects, internships, or research work in AI/ML will be an advantage
