Job Summary : Business Analyst with 5+ years exp. Excel at product data management, integrity, PIM systems, data stewardship & EMEA stakeholder coordination. Hyderabad/India-based role at JTek Software.

Key Responsibilities :

- Validate mandatory product data : accurate, complete, fit for purpose

- Upload & maintain product data in PIM system

- Identify gaps; coordinate resolutions with stakeholders

- Syndicate product data to channel-specific templates

- Maintain & reconfigure syndication templates in inRiver

- Primary contact for business teams on product data issues

- Communicate requirements for ongoing quality & accuracy

- Create, track & report status of all product data requests

- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders

- Identify workflow bottlenecks & recommend improvements

- Partner with sales, marketing, supply chain & technical teams on data strategies

- Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, workflows & configs

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years in data management principles/practices

- Strong Excel skills mandatory

- Experience with inRiver, Vendor Central or other PIM/ERP highly preferred

- Use multiple tools for data lifecycle & stewardship

- Fluent English (written/spoken)

- Bridge business & technical communication

- Power BI or Tableau for visualisation/dashboards

- Basic-intermediate SQL for querying/validation

- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central or Walmart Supplier Center

- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Asana or Monday.com

- Understand API & integration : ETL, data pipelines

- Agile/Scrum exposure in sprint environments

- Strong stakeholder management & cross-functional skills

- Proactive problem-solving, attention to detail

- Change management & process transition support
