Job Summary :

We are looking for a hands-on Blockchain Developer with 8+ years of experience to build, deploy, and optimize smart contracts, dApps, and protocols. Focus on secure, performant coding in AI-enhanced ecosystems, with strong expertise in Solidity/Rust, gas optimization, token standards, and emerging trends like ZK-Proofs, cross-chain interoperability, RWA tokenization, and DeFi.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy smart contracts : write logic, events, modifiers, gas optimization, secure deployment

- Build full dApps : integrate frontends with blockchain (Web3.js/ethers.js), wallet support (MetaMask), backend scripting

- Implement token standards : ERC-20, ERC-721 (NFTs), RWA tokenization, DeFi protocols

- Ensure secure coding : mitigate vulnerabilities (reentrancy, overflows), apply best practices, basic auditing awareness

- Handle interoperability : develop cross-chain bridges and multi-chain support

- Integrate tools : Hardhat, Remix IDE, Truffle, Infura/Alchemy APIs, The Graph for indexing

- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams : unit testing (Mocha/Chai), code reviews, CI/CD

- Stay updated on trends : ZK-Proofs (zk-SNARKs/STARKs), AI agents in smart contracts, high-performance chains (Solana)

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years hands-on blockchain development & smart contract experience

- Proficiency in Solidity (essential for Ethereum), Rust (for Solana/high-performance chains)

- Strong with backend/scripting : Go, JavaScript/Node.js, Python, C++

- Tools & libraries : Web3.js, ethers.js, Hardhat, Remix IDE, Truffle, Web3.py

- Cryptography basics : ECDSA signatures, Merkle trees, secure coding, vulnerability mitigation

- Development practices : dApp frontends (React/Web3 integration), database (SQL/NoSQL), networking

- Knowledge of blockchain fundamentals : consensus mechanisms, token standards (ERC-20/721), NFTs, RWA

- Interoperability experience : cross-chain bridges, layer-2 solutions

- Emerging trends : ZK-Proofs (zk-SNARKs/STARKs), AI-enhanced smart contracts, DeFi protocols

- Agile/Scrum, Git, testing frameworks; strong problem-solving & teamwork

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
