Role : Back-End Developer (Python/Django) (35 Years Exp)

Company : JTek Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Location : Hyderabad, India (Full-time On-site / WFO Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities :

- Build & Scale : Develop and maintain scalable back-end services using Python & Django

- API Development : Design and implement high-performance REST APIs and microservices

- Data Engineering : Model and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL

- Performance Optimization : Improve backend efficiency and query performance

- Caching Strategy : Implement caching layers using Redis

- Security First : Build secure authentication & authorization systems

- System Design : Contribute to architecture decisions and scalability improvements

- Collaboration : Work closely with front-end and DevOps teams

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of professional back-end development experience

- Strong proficiency in Python and Django

- Experience in REST API design and development

- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational data modeling

- Hands-on experience with Redis caching

- Understanding of distributed systems and scalability principles

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker)

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
