Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Jira Developer to manage, customize, and enhance Jira environments to support business workflows and integrations across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Jira administration, customization, scripting, and integrations, along with the ability to optimize system performance and support end users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, customize, and administer Jira projects, workflows, screens, and fields

- Develop and maintain Groovy scripts, plugins, and automation solutions to enhance Jira functionality

- Manage user roles, permissions, and Jira environment configurations

- Integrate Jira with enterprise systems and third-party tools using APIs

- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users

- Optimize Jira performance and ensure scalability and stability of the platform

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into Jira solutions

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Jira Administration and Development
