Are you a visionary AI leader passionate about driving digital transformation in financial services? We're hiring an AI Team Lead to spearhead cutting-edge AI initiatives within our Digital Experience Group.

What youll lead and build :

- Own and guide end-to-end AI solutions for fintech use cases including credit decisioning, personalization and intelligent customer journeys.

- Collaborate with project managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver scalable AI models compliant with RBI regulations.

- Innovate with Agentic AI frameworks to solve complex Business use cases across all NBFC verticals.

What were looking for :

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Cloud ML platforms (AWS / GCP), Agentic AI frameworks (Langgraph, LlamaIndex, Crew AI), MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, versioning), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).

- Aware of best practices on governance, guardrails and data security around model deployment.

- 9+ years in AI/ML, with 3+ years proven experience in leading AI teams and delivering real-world fintech solutions.

- Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven outcomes.

- Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Conflict management and resolution comes alongside and the candidate should be equipped to manage the same.
