JForce Solutions - Salesforce Developer - Apex Programming

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support complex business processes.

The ideal candidate will build robust backend logic, create intuitive and high-performance user interfaces, and integrate Salesforce with external systems.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Lightning applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components (where required), and Salesforce declarative tools.

- Develop and maintain custom business logic in Apex, including classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and queueable processes.

- Build rich, responsive, and reusable UI components using LWC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).

- Implement both client-side and server-side logic, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices related to performance, scalability, and security.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.

- Work extensively with Salesforce data models, including standard and custom objects, relationships, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.

- Implement effective error handling, logging, and exception management across Apex code and integrations.

- Write, execute, and maintain unit test classes to meet and sustain Salesforce-required code coverage levels.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.

- Support application deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, or CI/CD pipelines, and assist in release and version management.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce development practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration-related defects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- In-depth knowledge of Apex programming, including triggers, governor limits, and asynchronous processing.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and client-side development concepts.

- Solid experience in building rich user interfaces using HTML, CSS, SLDS, and modern UI patterns.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and handling JSON/XML data.

- Good understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative features such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.

- Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL for efficient and optimized data retrieval.

- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
