Role & responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain high-quality websites using Framer.

- Translate brand guidelines and project requirements into functional, engaging, and responsive website designs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and development to bring ideas to life.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups within Framer.

- Ensure all designs follow UX/UI best practices and are optimized for performance, SEO, and accessibility.

- Continuously test and iterate on website design based on user behavior and analytics insights.

- Stay current with web design trends, particularly within the Framer ecosystem.

- Design UI elements such as buttons, icons, and layouts for websites and apps.

- Help establish and maintain visual consistency with colors, typography, and design guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Hands-on experience and strong proficiency with Framer is mandatory.

- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, specifically those built in Framer.

- Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how websites are structured.

- Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is a plus.

- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
