We are seeking a seasoned Oracle JD Edwards Finance Consultant to join our dynamic ERP practice. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between complex business requirements and technical solutions, driving the end-to-end implementation and optimization of JDE EnterpriseOne Finance modules.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, global stakeholders, and client leadership to streamline financial processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise will directly influence the financial backbone of our clients' organizations, ensuring that their ERP ecosystem is robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with their strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of JDE Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets, to ensure seamless financial operations for our clients.

- Analyze complex business processes and map them to Oracle JDE functionality to drive process automation and reduce manual overhead.

- Configure and customize JDE EnterpriseOne solutions to meet specific client requirements while maintaining system integrity and best practices.

- Provide expert-level functional support and troubleshooting for existing JDE environments to minimize downtime and resolve critical financial reporting issues.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure high adoption rates and effective utilization of the ERP system across the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and supporting Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Finance modules, with a deep understanding of the integration points between Finance and Distribution/Manufacturing

modules.

- Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into functional specifications, ensuring that technical teams deliver solutions that meet precise financial reporting standards.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders and influence project outcomes.

- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of managing full-cycle ERP implementations, from initial scoping and requirement gathering to post-go-live support.

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, combined with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment across our Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, or Pune offices.
