Role Overview :

As a JDEdwards Developer specializing in HCM Implementation, you will serve as a critical technical bridge between complex business requirements and functional ERP solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of HCM modules within the JDEdwards EnterpriseOne environment. Working closely with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders, you will ensure that the HCM framework is not only technically sound but also highly scalable and aligned with the client's long-term human capital management objectives. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of payroll, benefits, and talent management processes for large-scale organizational users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop customized JDEdwards HCM solutions to address specific client business requirements and improve process automation.

- Execute full-cycle HCM implementations, ensuring seamless integration between JDEdwards modules and external third-party HR systems.

- Perform complex technical troubleshooting and performance tuning on AS400 and DB2 environments to maintain high system availability.

- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring high-quality solution design and documentation.

- Manage the end-to-end SDLC process, from initial requirement gathering and coding to rigorous testing and post-implementation support.

- Develop and maintain RPG/400 programs and SQL scripts to support data migration, reporting, and system enhancements.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 6 to 11 years of hands-on experience in JDEdwards EnterpriseOne development with a specific focus on HCM modules.

- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in AS400, DB2, and RPG/400, with the ability to optimize code for high-performance ERP environments.

- Exhibit strong analytical skills in solution design, capable of mapping complex HR business processes to technical ERP configurations.

- Utilize Visual Studio and modern development tools to build and maintain robust integrations and custom applications.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver solutions within defined project timelines.

- Adapt quickly to remote or distributed work environments, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across multiple locations.
