About the Role :

We are looking for experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Consultants with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Candidates with expertise in any one of the key JDE functional or technical areas, including Finance, Sales & Distribution, Manufacturing, Procurement, Technical, or CNC, will be considered.

The role will involve supporting and delivering JDE implementations, enhancements, customizations, rollouts, and production support based on business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, develop, enhance, and support Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions.

- Work as a functional or technical SME in at least one JDE module or technology area.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective JDE solutions.

- Support implementation, enhancement, rollout, customization, testing, and production-support activities.

- Configure JDE applications, workflows, processes, and system components based on project requirements.

- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.

- Prepare functional/technical specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and implementation documentation.

- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

- Participate in code/configuration reviews and ensure adherence to JDE and development best practices.

- Support integrations between JDE and external applications where applicable.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and reusable solutions.

- Provide knowledge transfer and technical/functional guidance to junior team members where required.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 - 8 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne consulting, implementation, development, or support.

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant hands-on JDE experience.

- Strong expertise in at least one JDE module or technical area, such as Finance, Sales & Distribution, Manufacturing, Procurement, Technical, or CNC.

- Experience in one or more of implementation, enhancement, customization, rollout, or production support.

- Good understanding of JDE EnterpriseOne architecture and relevant business/technical processes.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into JDE configurations or technical solutions.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

- Good understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment, and support processes.

- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a project or support environment.

Good to Have :

- Experience working across multiple JDE modules or functional/technical areas.

- Exposure to JDE integrations, reports, interfaces, workflows, and customizations.

- Experience with JDE upgrades, migrations, or modernization initiatives.

- Oracle/JDE certifications would be an advantage.
