Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced JD Edwards CNC Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments. The role will focus on CNC administration, environment management, deployments, upgrades, system performance, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support across enterprise JDE environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, maintain, and administer Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments.

- Perform package builds, deployments, and ESU/ASU and Tools Release installations.

- Manage and configure OMW, security, users, roles, environments, and path codes.

- Administer enterprise servers, deployment servers, web servers, and HTML servers.

- Install, configure, and support AIS, Orchestrator, BSSV, REST services, and related JDE components.

- Monitor system health, application availability, performance, and resource utilization.

- Troubleshoot CNC issues across networking, security, middleware, database, infrastructure, and application components.

- Support JDE upgrades, platform migrations, Tools Releases, and environment refresh activities.

- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities in coordination with infrastructure and DBA teams.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, DBAs, infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to resolve technical issues and deliver projects.

- Support production incidents, root-cause analysis, and performance-tuning activities.

- Automate routine administration and operational tasks using PowerShell, Shell, Python, or similar scripting technologies.

- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, environment details, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.

- Ensure adherence to security, audit, change-management, and enterprise technology standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6-11 years of experience in JD Edwards CNC Administration, with strong hands-on experience in EnterpriseOne environments.

- Strong experience with JDE CNC administration, package builds, deployments, path codes, environments, and Tools Releases.

- Hands-on experience with OMW, security, users, roles, and environment configuration.

- Experience managing JDE enterprise, deployment, web, and HTML servers.

- Strong knowledge of AIS, Orchestrator, BSSV, REST services, and related JDE components.

- Experience with JDE upgrades, ESU/ASU installations, platform migrations, and environment management.

- Good understanding of backup, disaster recovery, system monitoring, and performance tuning.

- Experience troubleshooting networking, security, middleware, and application-level issues.

- Familiarity with PowerShell, Shell scripting, or Python is desirable.

- Experience working with cloud-based JDE environments is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams.
