Role Overview :

As a JDE Consultant at RARR Technologies, you will serve as a critical bridge between business requirements and technical execution. You will engage directly with cross-functional stakeholders to diagnose process bottlenecks, design tailored solutions, and oversee the successful deployment of JDEdwards modules. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients maximize their investment in ERP technology, directly impacting their operational agility and data-driven decision-making capabilities. You will work within a collaborative team of consultants and developers to deliver seamless system integrations and long-term support for enterprise-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze complex business requirements to translate them into functional specifications that align with JDEdwards best practices.

- Configure and customize JDEdwards modules to support specific client workflows, ensuring high system availability and performance.

- Develop technical documentation and user manuals to facilitate smooth system adoption and knowledge transfer for end-users.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable technical fixes.

- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ERP implementation and upgrade projects.

- Provide expert guidance to clients on system optimization, helping them leverage new features and functionalities to improve business outcomes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and supporting JDEdwards EnterpriseOne modules, with a deep understanding of the underlying data structures and business processes.

- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Proven track record of managing multiple project workstreams in a remote or distributed environment, maintaining high standards of delivery and documentation.

- Analytical mindset capable of identifying process inefficiencies and proposing innovative, scalable solutions within the JDE framework.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team, showing adaptability in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by a strong grasp of business operations and ERP logic.
