Job Description :

We are looking for a JD Edwards CNC Administrator with strong hands-on experience in managing Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments, including installation, configuration, deployments, upgrades, system administration, and production support. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience working across JDE infrastructure, middleware, security, and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments.

- Perform package builds, deployments, ESU/ASU installations, and Tools Releases.

- Configure and administer OMW, security, users, roles, environments, and path codes.

- Manage and maintain enterprise servers, deployment servers, web servers, and HTML servers.

- Install, configure, and support AIS, Orchestrator, BSSV, REST services, and related JDE components.

- Perform day-to-day CNC administration and environment management across development, test, and production environments.

- Monitor system health, performance, application availability, and infrastructure components.

- Troubleshoot complex CNC issues involving networking, security, middleware, databases, and application components.

- Support JDE upgrades, Tools Releases, platform migrations, and environment refreshes.

- Support backup, disaster recovery, and recovery activities for JDE environments.

- Collaborate with Functional Consultants, JDE Developers, DBAs, Infrastructure, Cloud, and other technical teams.

- Maintain SOPs, system documentation, configuration records, and deployment documentation.

- Ensure adherence to security, audit, change management, and operational standards.

- Identify opportunities to automate routine CNC administration and operational tasks using PowerShell, Shell scripting, or Python.

- Provide production support and participate in incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and system optimization.

Required Skills :

- 6 - 11 years of experience in JD Edwards CNC administration.

- Strong hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC.

- Experience with package builds, deployments, ESU/ASU installations, Tools Releases, path codes, and environment management.

- Strong knowledge of OMW, JDE security, users, roles, and enterprise server architecture.

- Experience managing Enterprise Server, Deployment Server, Web Server, and HTML Server.

- Hands-on experience with AIS, Orchestrator, BSSV, REST services, and related JDE middleware/components.

- Strong troubleshooting skills across JDE, networking, security, middleware, infrastructure, and application layers.

- Experience with JDE upgrades, platform migrations, and Tools Releases.

- Good understanding of backup, disaster recovery, system monitoring, and performance tuning.

- Exposure to cloud-based JDE environments is preferred.

- Scripting experience with PowerShell, Shell, or Python is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional technical and functional teams.
