Mandatory Skills :

- JD Edwards Development along with SharePoint Development & Administration

- Full Stack Development (Frontend & Backend technologies), RPA using UiPath

- Power BI & Reporting Solutions, ReportsNow

- Create! Form (DSI) and document automation tools

- Experience in solution architecture and designing enterprise-grade applications

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Role Description :

- Application Development & Support : Manage end-to-end development and support of enterprise applications used by US business teams

- Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture : Act as a solution architect for complex business requirements, providing scalable and efficient designs

- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers across multiple technology stacks. Drive performance management, skill development, and career growth of team members

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with US-based business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams across geographies
