Role Overview :

We are looking for a Java Lead / Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in Java and Microservices to lead development teams and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

Critical Skill Set (Must-Have) :

- 8+ years of experience with at least 2+ years in a Lead role

- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot (Microservices)

- Experience with OMS (Order Management Systems) in Retail domain Mandatory

- Hands-on with ReactJS or AngularJS

- Experience with RDBMS / NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)

- Strong understanding of AWS / GCP / Azure (Certification Mandatory)

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, logging & monitoring

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design, development, and delivery of Java-based microservices applications

- Own end-to-end technical design and architecture

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Conduct code reviews and manage technical debt

- Lead client discussions from a technical perspective

- Plan, estimate, and track development activities

- Mentor team members and ensure high-quality delivery
