We are looking for a highly skilled Java Lead with strong expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms, along with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Docker.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in product-based organizations and exposure to the Banking/Fintech domain, with the ability to lead teams while remaining deeply hands-on in development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications.

- Apply strong Data Structures and Algorithms knowledge to solve complex problems.

- Architect and develop Microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot.

- Work extensively with Kafka (event-driven architecture) and Docker (containerization).

- Contribute 80% hands-on development and 20% team management.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and optimize performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Mentor team members and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in Java development.

- Strong expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Docker.

- Proven experience in product-based organizations.

- Strong experience in System Design (HLD & LLD) and distributed systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

Educational Qualification :

- B.E / B.Tech from premium institutes only (IIT, NIT, VTU)

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Banking / Fintech domain (Payments, Lending, Core Banking preferred).

- Exposure to high-volume, transaction-intensive systems.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
